ODKM was established in 2008. It is the rebranding, reorganization and rebirth of Liffey Architects (LA).

Ciaran and Barry founded LA in 2005 and successfully designed and delivered a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, small and large. They quickly developed a solid reputation through their capacity to provide quality solutions beyond the immediate requirements of the brief, to design flexible buildings that can adapt with the changing needs of the client, thereby maximizing client investment.

This led to much repeat work over the past four years and their collaboration with Declan during this time ultimately led to the next step; ODKM.

The founding partners each bring unique and diverse skills to the practice that ensures the full potential of each project can be recognized throughout the design stage, and further realized through construction on site. They all share a common holistic design philosophy inherent from the breadth of experience gained individually at other revered international practices; that architecture can improve the quality of our lives.

This enables ODKM to provide leading design expertise to clients, and reinforce this with extensive practice management, contractual and construction knowledge.
